Statement Of Lifetime Warranty

Dear Valued Customer,

RANS Australia , ABN 49 079 177 950, do hereby entitles its customers; end users of all products supplied by RANS, with a non transferable life time warranty subject to terms & conditions mentioned below.

Products supplied by RANS are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If our product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product, without charge, or refund, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, modification, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. In addition, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced or refunded if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Validation

• Establish product ownership, generally a receipt or purchase invoice.
• Establish the product was used with proper care – washed / treated as per the instructions supplied with product.
• Establish the product has a reasonable defect in the materials and or workmanship.
